The home of Prosecco in Australia and featuring many classic Italian varieties, the King Valley is like no other. Local vineyards all offer cellar doors, many award winning and highly rated by the likes of James Halliday, and some, like Brown Brothers, Chrismont, Dal Zotto, Gracebrook and Sam Miranda offer fabulous eateries to compliment the wine.
And so - now there is accommodation to match this wonderful region - the 3BlackSHEDS.
3BlackSHEDS is a modern, stunning and unique accommodation space. Comprising of two stand alone large studio Sheds (Shed ONE & Shed TWO) made just for two and then the spacious BIG Shed, a three bedroom home with huge cathedral ceilings, magnificent original 1930’s fireplace and luxuriating comfort is suitable for three couples or a family of six.
All Sheds include polished concrete floors, unique plywood lining, black and white bathrooms, wood fire heater, air-conditioning (heating & cooling), black modern kitchens with all the best appliances and gadgets. Bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms feature uber comfortable queens size beds, clad in Belgium Flax bed linen, Marimekko cotton bath wear and include ceiling fans and air-conditioning to keep you oh so comfortable.
Large outdoor decks with a expansive private view allow you to chill-lax so you can sip, swill and quaff well into the night. So whether it’s for a group holiday, romantic escape or indulgent foodie getaway, check-in to one of these beautifully chic sheds where you can indulge and unwind with a glass – or two – in hand, before falling into bed.
Located on the outskirts of the village of Whitfield, the 3BlackSHEDS are just a few minutes walk to two of the premier local wineries - Pizzini & Dal Zotto, the Hobbledehoy Café & Distillery, King Valley Fine Foods, Whitfield General Store and our local, the Mountain View Hotel.
BIG Shed
Ideal for families or friends - sleeps 6 in 3 queen beds. Cool, calm and sophisticated with a minimalist edge, this brand new holiday home is enveloped in light and comfort. Stunning black iron shed, polished concrete floors and high ceilings create a modern industrial style.
The calming bush outlook, captured through the extensive use of glass, will help you forget your city stress. A new house built to an exceptionally high standard comprising three large bedrooms, two come with private en-suites and the third bedroom has a separate toilet. This home is suitable for up to six people in style and comfort. The bedrooms are fitted with Cultiver Belgium linen, goose down duvets and feather pillows. The bathrooms have plush Marimekko towels and quality soaps and shampoo. A fully appointed kitchen with new modern appliances allows full catering if you chose to eat in. A comfortable lounge includes a wood fire heater, air-conditioning (heating & cooling) and TV.
A spacious private deck overlooking the natural bush beyond has a table and chairs for outdoor dinning, a Chimenea wood heater, Weber Q BBQ and a large umbrella for shade.

Shed ONE & Shed TWO
Ideal for couples - Sleeps 2. Extremely comfortable & luxurious spaces ideally suited to couples looking for a short break in the quintessential Italian wine region of Australia. With everything you need for a comfortable getaway. It is the perfect home base for exploring the Valley & making the most of your stay. Whether you're an outdoors type, a wine connoisseur or just simply here to unwind, then this is the place for you.
Built to an exceptionally high standard comprising of a large studio style room with en-suite. The bed is queen size fitted with Belgium flax linen, goose down duvets and feather pillows. A fully appointed kitchen with new modern appliances allows full catering if you chose to eat in. A comfortable lounge includes a wood fire heater, air-conditioning (heating & cooling) and TV. A spacious private deck overlooking the natural bush beyond has table a chairs for outdoor dinning, a Chimenea wood heater, Weber Q BBQ and a large umbrella for shade.
RATES
There is a two night minimum for all stays. Please check the booking page for exact rates for your preferred dates. There is a once off cleaning fee of $70 per booking. Firewood is available at $25 for a 25kg bag including kindling and fire starters. GST and credit card surcharge fees are all included in the above prices.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by STRIPE or PAYPAL. These 100% secure payment platform that accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others. You can also ask to be invoiced. Just select "Bank Transfer" at checkout and we will issue an invoice for payment 30days prior to arrival.
REFUNDS
100% refund if you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival. If your arrival is within 14 days and not less than 7 days, you will get a credit to use anytime in the future. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will only receive a credit if we can replace your booking with another.
PETS
We love our dogs so your well behaved pets are welcome at the 3BlackSHEDS. There are some rules though.
The pet should be on a lead when outside as we are not fenced and for the safety of other guests.
Please don't let your pets on the bed or furniture unless you bring your own protective covers.
Please don't leave your pets unattended in the room at anytime.
You are solely responsible for any damage you pet may cause at the 3BlackSHEDS.
Please clean up after your pet.
Please bring your own bowls etc.
