The first two sheds are standalone studios, ideal for couples, while the third shed is a three-bedroom home with soaring cathedral ceilings and a beautiful original 1930s fireplace, perfect for families or groups of friends. Each shed is thoughtfully designed with exceptional attention to detail, including polished concrete floors, unique plywood lining, black-and-white bathrooms, wood fire heaters, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and contemporary black kitchens equipped with top-notch appliances and gadgets. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, featuring private ensuite bathrooms, comfortable queen-sized beds with Belgian Flax bed linen, Marimekko cotton bathwear, and ceiling fans to ensure a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

Ideal for the family - Sleeps Six

This beautifully designed holiday home serves as a serene oasis for families or friends, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The house features a modern industrial style, highlighted by its stunning black iron shed, polished concrete floors, and high ceilings, which create a minimalist and sophisticated ambience. The extensive use of glass throughout the home offers tranquil views of the surrounding bush, making it an ideal setting to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

 

The property includes three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed to ensure a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms come with private en-suites, while the third bedroom features a separate toilet. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with Cultiver Belgium linen, goose-down duvets, and feather pillows to provide a luxurious experience. The bathrooms are stocked with plush Marimekko towels, quality soaps, and shampoo to enhance your comfort during your stay.

 

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, electric oven, gas cooktop, Nespresso machine, toaster, and kettle. It has all the necessary pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and glassware for eight settings to cater to your dining needs.

 

The comfortable lounge area features a wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning (for both heating and cooling), and a TV, making it an ideal space for relaxation. The living room includes an oversized couch and two single-seater chairs, allowing ample seating for everyone.

 

Step outside to a spacious private deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a Chimenea wood heater, a Weber Q BBQ, and large umbrellas for shade. This deck overlooks the natural bush, providing a perfect spot for a barbecue or a cozy evening outside.

These unique and luxurious spaces are designed specifically for couples seeking a short getaway in the beautiful Italian wine region of Australia. With extensive amenities and a serene atmosphere, they serve as the perfect base for exploring the Valley and all its attractions.​

 

Each space features a spacious studio-style room that radiates elegance and sophistication. The room includes an en-suite bathroom, and the queen-sized bed (Sleeping Duck) is dressed in premium Belgian flax linen (2024 winner of Best Linen Sheets by Vogue Magazine), luxury hotel-quality goose down duvets, and feather pillows, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts modern appliances, including a microwave, electric oven, cooktop, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. The cozy lounge area features a wood fire heater, air conditioning (for both heating and cooling), and a TV, providing the perfect setting to relax and unwind.

RATES


For Shed ONE and Shed TWO, there is a two-night minimum stay requirement. Friday and Saturday nights at a rate of $230 per night. From Sunday to Thursday, the rate is $190 per night.

For BIG Shed, a two-night minimum stay is required for all bookings. The rate for Friday and Saturday nights is $495, while from Sunday to Thursday, the rate is $445.

Please note that there is a $70 cleaning fee per booking and a $30 charge for a 25kg bag of firewood, which includes kindling and fire starters. All prices include GST and credit card surcharge fees.

Rates may vary from time to time due to promotions. Rates on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com may not match these prices due to commissions and other charges.

PAYMENTS
 

Payments are processed through secure platforms like STRIPE or PAYPAL, which accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Alternatively, you can request to be invoiced by selecting "Bank Transfer" at checkout, and we will issue an invoice for payment 30 days before your arrival.

​

REFUNDS


If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your arrival, you will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days but not less than 7 days before arrival will receive a credit for future use. However, if you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will only receive a credit if we can rebook your accommodation.

PETS


We welcome well-behaved pets at 3BlackSHEDS. Please adhere to the following rules:

  • Please keep your pet on a lead outside for the safety of other guests, as our property is not fenced.

  • Do not allow pets on the bed or furniture unless you bring protective covers.

  • Do not leave your pets unattended in the room at any time.

  • You are solely responsible for any damage your pet may cause at 3BlackSHEDS.

  • Please clean up after your pet.

  • Bring your pet's bowls and other necessary items.
